- Greek style Low fat yogurt
- Shredded cucumber
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Cilantro or coriander
Here goes my 5 minutes super easy recipe for a delightful refreshing dip:
Step 1: Mix 1 cup greek style low fat yogurt with shredded cucumbers in a bowl.
Step 2: Add 3 tbsp. olive oil, minced garlic, finely chopped cilantro (or coriander) and finally salt and pepper.
Step 3: Enjoy with your choice of Pita bread and/or carrot and celery sticks. Tastes best when served chilled.
Try it..you will be pleasantly surprised 🙂
P.S. Cilantro and coriander both come from the same plant but the leaves are called Cilantro and the dried seeds are known as Coriander.
